In addition to individualized experiences, we proudly offer the following to our interns:
- 5-day orientation and safety training
- Hands-on field experience with our different resource groups (based on interests and career goals)
- Ride-alongs and job shadowing with HGC leaders
- Regular check-ins with the Team Development Group
- Exit interview to provide feedback for program improvements
