Project Details:
Crowders Creek represents the first phase of a larger residential development located in Gastonia, NC. We are grateful for the continued trust and partnership with our client, Lennar. This initial phase spans just under 30 acres and involves approximately 125,000 cubic yards of earthwork. Project utilities quickly became a primary focus, and as utility installation nears completion, we look forward to continuing work on this project alongside a longtime partner. Upon completion, this phase will deliver 61 single-family residential lots.
