Project Details:
Griffith Lakes Phase 3 marks the final phase of this growing community, connecting Phases 1, 2, and the amenity center. This phase includes moving nearly 600,000 cubic yards of dirt in just four months, along with extensive retaining walls, off-site utilities, and road improvements. The total project build-out is expected to span just over two years.
From the beginning, our project team has partnered closely with our client to ensure that this final phase comes together as successfully as the first two — bringing the Griffith Lakes vision full circle.
