Project Details:
We are excited about this new partnership with L.F. Jennings. This project presented unique challenges due to the site’s brownfield status and stream relocation, making it an extremely environmentally sensitive project. However, through strong communication, planning, and execution between the county, L.F. Jennings, and HGC, we were able to keep erosion well under control throughout the process.
The men and women of HGC truly went above and beyond on this project and demonstrated what it means to be part of the HGC team. There were many long nights and Saturdays worked to exceed expectations. As a result of this dedication, the building pad was delivered nearly two months ahead of schedule, and on-site paving began approximately six months early.
HGC is excited for the future and looks forward to continuing a strong partnership with L.F. Jennings.
