Project Details:

This development sits on the historic Brown Farm property, which has remained in the Brown family until now—marking the first time it has changed hands in generations.

We’re proud to maintain an on going high level of erosion control despite the abnormal rainy season and complex site conditions. This project presents a unique set of challenges, including wet existing site conditions due to a high water table. With road improvements and a fast-paced development schedule, it demands precision and adaptability from our team.

This multi-phase, single-family residential project featuring higher-end homes will provide future residents with access to the McDowell Creek Greenway. We’re excited to take on this meaningful project and are committed to meeting the client’s expectations and timeline.
