Project Details:
This project has been over four years in the making, and getting it started has been no small feat. With a site that presented challenges ranging from soil conditions and wetlands to historic landmarks and proximity to the airport, extensive planning and consideration were required long before the project could even be put on paper.Spanning 77 acres and including seven buildings, the work involves moving more than 800,000 cubic yards of dirt — truly a definition of complexity. From the beginning, we assembled a strong team that collaborated to get creative, develop a plan, and build a schedule that met our client’s needs.Adding to the uniqueness of the project, a historic house on the property is being relocated, while the existing church will be repurposed to serve as offices for a local nonprofit.
