• 2,400+ LF of Storm Drainage
• 800+ LF of Sewer Line
• 700+ LF of Water Line

Looking Ahead:

• Parking lot expansion is set to begin summer 2025.

Project Details:

This project is a true testament to the strength of the partnership between Choate and HGC. Through close collaboration and shared commitment, our teams successfully navigated challenges including persistent wet weather and unsuitable soils—all while maintaining the project schedule. Together we delivered the building pad within the first six weeks of the project showing what is possible when strong teams work side by side. This is a project we can all be proud of and a clear example of what successful partnership looks like.
