Project Details:

Fort Mill Elementary School involved a tight 63-working-day schedule from mobilization to delivering a 108,000-square-foot pad, which required 40 feet of fill. To address extensive erosion control concerns, the project included building four permanent and one temporary pond with 30 days of settlement monitoring. The design features complex walls that were impacted by conflicting utilities within the grid. Additionally, the project required drilling two bores under existing roadways and utilities to ensure smooth execution.
