Project Details:
From pre-construction to completion, this 32-acre site was a full turnkey project delivered through a strong partnership between Shea Homes and HGC. The project kicked off with the movement of 192,000 CY of earth and the crushing of over 11,000 CY of trench rock, making way for the installation of 33,000 linear feet of utilities. It was all wrapped up with the placement of more than 16,000 SY of pavement.
