The China Grove project, from the word go, was a race to get the building pad on grade and ready for the aggregate piers. Despite the weather and the highly moisture-sensitive soils, the onsite team of 40 worked together to mitigate and move over 1,000,000 cy of soil. Allowing HGC to deliver on its plan, path, and schedule in just under 4 months.
