Project Details:
The Pines came with a few challenges that required a strategic approach to keep the project on schedule and the mass grading moving forward, especially through the winter months. The sites soil conditions were less then optimal, and the 7000-foot-long sewer outfall needed completing. Our project team was able to present and execute a plan path and schedule with a dirt narrative accounting for how every yard of earth was going to be handled and placed
